These Terms apply to all services offered by dbt333, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino games, slot machine games, fish shooting games, crash games, and any other gambling or entertainment product made available on the dbt333 platform from time to time.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policies including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules or bonus terms that may be published on the dbt333 website. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a product-specific rule, these Terms shall prevail unless the product rule expressly states otherwise.

dbt333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via their registered contact details or by prominent notice on the dbt333 platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the dbt333 platform you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf as an individual, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

• Your use of the platform is for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial or professional gambling operation.
• You will not use the platform while located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.

dbt333 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, and forfeiture of any bonus funds.

To create a dbt333 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

All accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before full deposit, withdrawal, and betting privileges are granted. KYC verification requires submission of at least one of the following government-issued identity documents:

• Valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid Bangladeshi passport
• Valid Bangladesh driving licence

Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you have reason to believe that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify dbt333 immediately at [email protected] with the subject line "URGENT – Account Security". dbt333 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of an account where the player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.

dbt333 will never contact you to request your password or full OTP code. If you receive such a request purportedly from dbt333, treat it as a fraudulent communication and report it immediately.

dbt333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment channels:

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. dbt333 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where the account has not previously completed a withdrawal, where the withdrawal amount is above a defined threshold, or where the account activity raises questions under anti-money laundering policy.

Winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Players are advised to review bonus terms carefully before accepting any promotional offer.

Any withdrawal request made to a payment method that cannot be matched to the player's registered identity will be declined. dbt333 will not be responsible for funds lost due to incorrect payment details provided by the player.

All bets placed on dbt333 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC fixtures — are governed by the cricket betting rules published in the sports section of the dbt333 platform. These rules address settlement of incomplete matches, weather interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method application, and void markets.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. dbt333 does not guarantee that any particular market or odds will remain available at the time you attempt to place a bet. If a bet is accepted and a wager is deducted from your account balance, the bet is confirmed. If the deduction does not occur, the bet has not been placed.

dbt333 reserves the right to void, restrict, or refuse any bet or series of bets at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, abuse of promotional offers, use of automated betting software, arbitrage betting across multiple platforms, or any other activity deemed contrary to the spirit of fair play.

Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and are displayed within each market prior to placement. dbt333 may adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dbt333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the dbt333 platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

dbt333's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳5,000, whichever is greater.

dbt333 does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, that it will be free from errors or malicious code, or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. Access to the dbt333 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Players may close their dbt333 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to successful identity verification.

dbt333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The account is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms.
• The player's activity raises concerns under anti-money laundering or fraud prevention obligations.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• A court order or regulatory direction requires the account to be frozen or closed.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 24 months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, dbt333 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Players will be notified of the outcome of any such investigation within a reasonable period.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable product-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between the player and dbt333 with respect to use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any nature.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by dbt333 of any breach of these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
